The customer bears the costs for international returns.

Here is our tip for returning the goods:

1. The item must be as new, unused and in the original packaging.

2. To ensure a smooth process in customs, we ask you to attach the invoice to the outside of the package. And to fill out a customs declaration at the post office.

3. Please declare on the customs declaration: RÜCKWAREN

4. Please tell us if you want an exchange (in which item) or a refund, put this info with the package.

5. After arrival of the return with us, the purchase amount will be refunded immediately and in full

or the exchange will be processed immediately.

P.S.: When your parcel arrives, you will be refunded the purchase amount within 24 hours on working days or if you wish an exchange will be sent to you.
